Dr. 托马斯·伯杰 joined Boston University in 2001 after having taught for seven years at the Johns Hopkins University. He is the author of 二战后的战争、罪恶感和世界政治,  反军国主义文化：德国和日本的国家安全 and is co-editor of Japan in International Politics: The Foreign Policies of an Adaptive State. His articles and essays have appeared in numerous edited volumes and journals, including 国际安全, 国际新濠影汇线上赌场研究综述, 德国政治 and 世界事务季刊.
