ASB 2011: Washington DC
We spent a fantastic week in the nation's capital helping out at two area food agencies: Food & Friends and Capitol Area Food Bank. Dealing with the issues of HIV/AIDS and hunger, we prepared ready-to-go meals, sorted and packaged grocery items, and [...]delivered food to residents in the DC-area. But we also had a blast visiting all of the local museums, monuments, and tourist destinations...and being greeted and well-fed by the numerous BU alums and parents.
