Giving Tuesday is a chance to honor the spirit of the season through generosity. On this snowy day, with students settling back in from Thanksgiving break, CAS is highlighting what makes our College special, particularly causes that embody BU’s founding principles of “research, scholarship, artistic creation, and professional practice conducted in the service of the wider community—local and international.”

Take the Department of Earth and Environment, whose mission is to understand a changing Earth and its relationships with humankind. Our talented students and faculty are developing strategies to build a more sustainable future for our planet.
