2020 CFA Award Recipients
In May 2020, Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Music, School of Theatre, and School of Visual Arts hosted celebrations for the exceptional Class of 2020. Graduating students received celebratory packages with bubbles, t-shirts, and senior letters.

School of Music
School of Music hosted a virtual awards ceremony, during which faculty and administrators announced the 2019–2020 recipients of scholarships, awards, and prizes awarded to those graduating for outstanding excellence in the School of Music.

On Friday, May 15, ahead of what would have been BU’s Commencement and CFA Convocation, faculty and staff from the School of Theatre toasted the Class of 2020 in a live virtual soiree with over 100 guests.

School of Visual Arts
On Friday, May 8, School of Visual Arts launched the BFA Thesis site to celebrate work of our 39 graduating seniors and on Friday, May 15, SVA launched the MFA Thesis site to celebrate the work of the 40 graduating MFA candidates. Both site launches included virtual celebrations where they announced this year’s award winners.
