波士顿大学15名学生将报道2012年伦敦夏季奥运会，这是传媒学院和波士顿大学海外留学办公室提供的一个独特的专业合作项目的一部分。 从今年7月开始，参与者将住在伦敦波士顿大学的综合大楼里，学习奥运会的历史和政治，然后完成多媒体记者的实习。 During the Games, BU’s Olympic interns will post video reports, podcasts, blogs and photographs to outlets including Boston.com, NPR’s WBUR radio, WBZ-TV, GoLocalProv.com and newspapers owned by Gatehouse Media.

“We were looking for self starters, with good story ideas and the ability to execute those ideas – we got 'em with our picks being mostly rising seniors and graduate students” said 苏珊·沃克教授. Walker is a former TV news producer who will direct the program, assisted by production engineer 杰克Kassen.
