Admissions Reception Center – Construction Activity for the week of 12/17/12
Our repaving of the former center median should be complete and we will be installing concrete jersey barriers with a visually screened chain-link construction fence to define our construction zone around the building renovation area. A yellow centerline will be painted on the remaining street that will be wide enough for normal two lane traffic to and from the CAS Parking Lot.
We will begin digging and installing a new storm drain utility line across the road further down near the School of Social Work. Pedestrian access will be maintained along the sidewalk and to the School of Social Work from the parking lot and the trench will be safely plated over during off construction hours until that work is complete. A police detail will assist with safety.
