Insights to Inspire 2020 highlights those hubs who have made improvements in their Careers in Clinical and Translational Research metric. The second webinar in this year’s series focuses on recruiting scholars and trainees.  
During this webinar, three hubs will present the strategies that led to their success.

• The University of Michigan will present their robust multi-disciplinary approach for recruitment.
• The University of Texas at San Antonio will provide information on the success of their new competitive letter of intent process.
• The University of Massachusetts will share information on how their K Club has benefited their recruitment efforts.
