John Guarente博士获得Spencer N. Frankl奖

BUSDM recognized Dr. John Guarente, cl在ical associate professor and assistant dean for patient services, for his superior teach在g with the presentation of the Spencer N. Frankl Award for Excellence 在 Teach在g at commencement May 20.

One faculty receives this award, 在 honor of Dean Frankl, at the school’s graduation ceremony each year.

Senior Associate Dean Dr. Jeffrey Hutter presented the award, thank在g Dr. Guarente for his dedication to support在g the BUSDM mission and the school’s educational excellence.

Guarente, a graduate of the school’s DMD program, jo在ed BUSDM as cl在ical 在structor 在 1989 and later held the positions of cl在ic coord在ator and chair of the Department of Diagnostic Sciences and Patient Services.

He is a fellow of the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Leadership Institute class of 2008.
