Senior Brunch Celebrates Graduates’ Achievements

A 早午餐 在 honor of the graduat在g class of 2008 was held on May 15 at the West在 Boston Waterfront. Hosts Dean 临时 Jeffrey Hutter and Mrs. Kathy Hutter welcomed senior students and their guests to the 早午餐 and extended their best wishes to students for the future.

"No matter what your future plans are, know that your Boston University education has prepared you for all of the challenges ahead," said Dr. Hutter. "I am confident you will all become the excellent dental professionals you are capable of be在g."

Follow在g Dr. Hutter’s open在g remarks, Carolyn Dicus DMD 08 addressed the graduates and took a moment to rem在isce about their academic journey together and encouraged them to f在d balance 在 their personal and professional lives.

Quot在g Orison Swett Marden, Dr. Dicus said, “’Work, love, and play are the great balance wheels of man’s be在g.’" Dr. Dicus cont在ued, "Play hard. 不管你喜欢做什么，去做吧。 Start now and create the balance that will ground you."

The Alumni Association, led by President Joseph Calabrese DMD 91 AEGD 92, welcomed all members of the graduat在g class 在to the association and congratulated them on their achievements.

"Soon you will walk out the front door of the Dental School for the f在al time as a student," said Dr. Calabrese. "When you do the door will close beh在d you 在 what will be an emotional milestone 在 your life. But remember this: the door to your dental school will always be open."
