Predoctoral Students From Hong Kong University Sample Learning Experience at GSDM

Four predoctoral students visited Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine (GSDM) for an elective rotation from March 2 to 5. These students are all enrolled at the University of Hong Kong and this program was organized through GSDM Continuing Education.
During their visit students met with Dean Jeffrey W. Hutter, Clinical Professor and Director of Continuing Education Dr. Zhimon Jacobson, and Clinical Assistant Professor Dr. Bruce Robinson. They also spent time in the predoctoral treatment center and the prosthodontic, endodontic, periodontic, and orthodontic postdoctoral treatment centers as well as the BU Dental Health Center’s 100 East Newton Street location.
Dr. Jacobson hopes that based on the success of this elective rotation, other students from the University of Hong Kong will want to join us at GSDM in the future.
"It was a pleasure for us at GSDM to welcome these students into our community for several days," said Dean Hutter. "I congratulate Dr. Zhimon Jacobson on organizing such a thorough and thought-provoking program for these students and look forward to GSDM being able to host additional students from the University of Hong Kong."
