Dr. Anita Gohel named Director-Elect of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology

Dr. Anita Gohel was recently named Director-Elect of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (ABOMR). She has been a member of ABOMR since 2001, and was nominated for this position by the ABOMR Board of Directors and elected by her fellow ABOMR Diplomates.

The ABOMR Board of Directors has general powers to manage the affairs and property of ABOMR, and has the authority to adopt rules and regulations governing the organization, operation, and candidate certification procedure of ABOMR. The Board also has the power to issue, revoke, or temporarily suspend ABOMR certification.

Dr. Gohel will serve for a five-year term. She looks forward to serving to the best of her abilities.
