Ethical Leadership: Character, Civility, and Community

Walter Earl Fluker is the Martin Luther King, Jr. Professor Emeritus of Ethical Leadership at Boston University. He is the editor of the Howard Thurman Papers Project and the Director of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Initiative for the Development of Ethical Leadership (MLK-IDEAL).

Professor Fluker is assisted by Dr. Robin Masi. Dr. Masi received her doctorate in 2018 from the Boston University School of Education’s Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program. Dr. Masi is also the Assistant Director with B.U.’s Center for Character and Social Responsibility (CCSR). Masi’s research is focused on the intersection of ethical role models and arts education. She is a practicing artist and Professor of Art Foundations with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division where she teaches studio and digital art, ethics, and aesthetics courses.
