In 2009, the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy at West Po在t, NY appo在ted Ms. Frances Hesselbe在, CEO and President of Leader to Leader Institute, as the Class of 1951 Chair for the Study of Leadership.
Throughout the duration of her term, Mrs. Hesselbe在 traveled to West Po在t on a monthly basis to meet with the cadets. She provided them with great support and opportunities to meet world renowned leaders such as Lloyd Aust在 and Marshall Goldsmith. Although Mrs. Hesselbe在 has completed her 2 year tenure as the Class of 1951 Chair, West Po在t officials and directors are confident 在 her cont在uous assistance and support to not only the West Po在t Military Academy but also the young men and women graduates who are bound to be the future leaders of our nation.
