Learn about MyIDP, a structured tool specifically designed to provide career development planning. Lauren will provide a step-by-step demonstration covering the type of information provided by the tool to identify long term career goals that fit with your unique skills, interests, and values. She will highlight various career paths covered by this tool including academia and industry, as well as specific research and non-research career paths such as clinical, regulatory, writing, business, policy, patent law, etc.
Lauren will discuss how this tool can be used for career planning and skills development and how to set goals to improve the efficiency and productivity of your career search.
