In 2009, Franz Gastler created Yuwa, an NGO that teaches girls to play soccer, and promotes health and education. “Yuwa”在印地语中意为“青年”，最初只有大约15名成员，其中大多数不到13岁，现在已经发展到大约250名10至15岁的女孩。 通过Yuwa，女孩们获得了自信，学会了团队合作，成为了更好的学生。
