This autumn we are excited to be working across BU to support international education, cross-cultural understanding, global research, the health and wellbeing of those abroad – and more. We are especially energized following President Gilliam’s historic inauguration and her reflections on the importance of living in communities that are “diverse, multicultural and global” – something she notes as influential in her decision to come lead BU.

We are proud to welcome people from all over the world as part of our diverse global community – one that we will celebrate during BU’s 13^th Annual International Education Week (背影) starting Nov. 11. 作为美国国务院和教育部为促进国际交流和教育的益处而共同发起的倡议的一部分，我们希望看到你们参加在哈佛大学各地举办的许多活动。 同样令我们兴奋的是，许多波士顿大学的学生今年秋天将离开校园，在全球各地获得有意义的体验式学习机会，而且预计将有大量学生计划在春季出国留学。
