    The Open Cloud Exchange (OCX) vision of the MOC, where are we, and where are we going.
  • Micro-talks I: Year One Development
    Talks by the core MOC team describing what has been done that is available now including the MOC’s public cloud deployment, the involvement of University IT, and Hardware as a Service (HaaS).
  • Micro-talks II: What’s in the Works?
    Talks by the broader community engaged in R&D to enhance the MOC and enable the OCX model. Topics will include the HW/SW Big Data platform, HPC directions, mix-and-match federation, an OCX vision for networking and storage, security directions, and our plans to make rich operational data available to cloud developers and researchers.
  • Keynote: A View from the Commonwealth

  • Keynote: Envisioning the Future of the MOC
  • Micro-talks III: Using the Cloud
    Talks by current and intended users of the IaaS layer of the MOC. Topics will include Big Data on the MOC, HPC use cases, systems research, PaaS platforms, Matlab, Security applications, and a platform for archiving and sharing scientific data.
  • MOC Core Partner Presentations
    Talks by the Core Industry and Government Partners of the MOC describing their vision of an Open Cloud, what they hope to get out of the MOC, and directions they would like the MOC community to focus on.
