SAIL Announces Fall 2017 Software Engineering Internship
BU’s Software & Application Innovation Lab (SAIL) is now accepting applications for Software Engineer Interns for the Fall 2017 semester.
The application deadline is Monday, May 1, 2017. Accepted interns will be notified by Monday, May 15, 2017.
Interns at the lab have the opportunity to gain experience working with professional software developers and architects, applying modern software development techniques while following industry best practices. They are not deterred by ambiguity and have a strong desire to explore alternatives and identify solutions.
Interns gain expertise in critical and analytical work, design thinking, and cutting-edge technologies–all while contributing to real-world research studies and collaborating with faculty working in fields such as biomedical engineering, political science, emerging media studies, digital humanities, economics, and public health.
Located at the Hariri Institute for Computing, SAIL is a professional software consulting, design, and development lab that acts as a collaborative partner in computational and data-driven research efforts across Boston University.
