The Data Science Initiative, housed at the Hariri Institute for Computing, is pleased to announce that the third annual BU Data Science (BUDS) Day will take place on Friday, January 26, 2018. BUDS Day 2018 is co-chaired by Neha Gondal (Sociology) and Brian Kulis (Electrical & Computer Engineering).

Following on the success of past events, this year’s conference aims to bring together and build a community of data science researchers from across various schools and colleges at BU. In addition to providing an opportunity for networking with colleagues, the day will create space for a dialogue leading to future research collaborations among faculty and students at BU and beyond. Details regarding the event agenda and presentations are available at bu.edu/datascience/BUDS2018.
