HIC Junior Faculty Fellow Emily Ryan Featured in BU Today
HIC Junior Faculty Fellow Emily Ryan‘s research on preserving lithium battery life by breaking up dendrite growth was featured in BU Today September 24, 2018. Professor Ryan and her team at the Computational Energy Laboratory at the BU College of Engineering use computational models to find the best plan for suppressing dendrite growth and improving lithium battery capacity. Professor Ryan was awarded HIC seed funding in 2015 for research on improving performance and durability of lithium batteries.
