Sarah Milligan

Sarah Milligan is a PhD candidate in Biostatistics advised by Fatema Shafie Khorassani and Janice Weinberg. Her dissertation focuses on developing machine learning methods for surrogate outcome validation to make better use of existing research on surrogates and true outcome pairs of interest. She has integrated experience in the statistical programs SAS and R with proficiency in SQL and she currently works with the Veterans Health Association in Clinical Trials.
