GENI Regional Workshop and Summer Camp 2016
In May, Boston University will be hosting both the GENI Research and Educational Experiment (GREE) Camp and a GENI Regional Workshop. GENI – Global Environment for Network Innovations – provides a virtual laboratory for networking and distributed systems research and education. It is well-suited for exploring networks at scale, promoting innovations in network science, security, services and applications.
The GENI Regional Workshop will be held on May 23rd and will offer participants an opportunity to learn about GENI and how it can be used for educational and research needs. Location: George Sherman Union, Terrace Lounge, 775 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.
The GENI Summer Camp will be held from May 24-27th and will provide participants opportunities to learn and use the various GENI resources and tools through tutorials, labs, and a team-based project. Hands-on tutorials using several GENI tools will cover systematic experiments and will also introduce other capabilities of GENI. Location: Hariri Institute for Computing, Seminar Room, 111 Cummington Mall, Boston, MA.
