The 波士顿大学新濠影汇线上赌场研究生工会（BUGWU，服务业雇员国际工会，本地509） agreement applies to all graduate student employees employed by the University to provide research, instructional, or teaching services, subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. 要被视为谈判单位的一部分，新濠影汇线上赌场研究生雇员必须在波士顿大学新濠影汇线上赌场研究生项目注册，并且必须通过提供新濠影汇线上赌场研究、指导或教学服务来获得补偿。 下列人员明确排除在议价单位之外：非在职新濠影汇线上赌场研究员； 所有其他新濠影汇线上赌场研究生、本科生、临时雇员、临时雇员、保密雇员、管理人员、警卫和国家劳动关系法规定的主管。
