什么是人文领导力计划？
人文学科领导计划是一个多层次的专业发展途径，致力于为高等教育和其他行业的人文学科组织领导者建立管道。 The HLI strategically promotes the humanities at BU by demonstrating the humanities’ value for organizational leadership inside the academy and beyond, thus building support and understanding for the humanities generally.
谁参与了这项倡议？
The 人文学科领导计划 envisions a suite of programs — internships, workshops, panels, mentoring — for BU students and faculty, as well as other regional humanities centers’ leaders and staff, to develop professional organizational leadership skills for application both in higher education and alternative-academic careers.

The Initiative is also overseeing and coordinating five 博士实习 at the Boston Public Library, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Concord Museum, the Institute of Contemporary Art, and the Massachusetts Historical Society.
