ARPA-E Deputy Directors Visits BU

On March 13, Boston University’s Office of Research hosted Dr. Eric Rohlfing, Deputy Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E).   Dr. Rohlfing gave a fascinating and thorough overview of ARPA-E’s activities, moderated by ISE Director Peter Fox-Penner. Dr. Rohlfing then met with several teams of BU faculty members engaged in sustainable energy research. One team from the Mechanical Engineering Department is pictured here.
