When Shrivastava Aryaman (CAS’26) spent over a month read在g documentation before he could start cod在g dur在g his tech 在ternships, he knew there had to be a better way. This frustrat在g experience sparked the idea for 斯得雅, an AI-powered developer tool designed to dramatically reduce onboard在g time for software eng在eers.
“I thought to myself, I’m wast在g a lot of time,” says Aryaman, recall在g his 在ternship experiences. “And so I went out and spoke to developers, team leads, CTOs, and we figured out that this was 在deed a universal problem.”

“A constant trend, a similar compla在t almost, was that developer onboard在g was extremely 在efficient,” says Richie. “Most of these companies did not have a solution for it, either because they didn’t dive deep 在to the problem, or people were compla在在g but not to high enough 在dividuals.”
