
Leila Heidari
Former Doctoral Student
Leila Heidari graduated with a PhD from the Department of Environmental Health in Fall 2023. She received an interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in biology, psychology, public health, and environmental studies. She completed her Master’s of Public Health in the Department of Environmental Health at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. Her research interests include environmental epidemiology, climate adaptation and mitigation planning, connections between the built environment and health, and environmental justice. Her favorite place in Boston is the Arnold Arboretum.
