Amb. Paul Webster Hare, Senior Lecturer at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University and former British ambassador to Cuba, discussed how the impeachment of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and institutional crises in Venezuela could affect Cuba.

Hare was quoted in a widely-syndicated May 20, 2016 article in Agence France-Presse entitled “Faced With the Danger of the Latin American Left, Cuba Will Have to React.”
