Robyn Drucker (’11) named principal at Cohen and Wolf PC
BRIDGEPORT, CT (January 2019) – The law firm of Cohen and Wolf PC is pleased to announce that Robyn H. Drucker (’11) has become a principal of the firm.
Ms. Drucker joined Cohen and Wolf PC in 2011, and is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate, Real Estate, Employment & Labor, Physicians’ Practices and Commercial Lending Groups. Her practice involves a wide range of business and real estate transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and real estate purchases, sales and leasing. Ms. Drucker regularly represents local and national banking institutions, commercial lenders and borrowers in connection with asset based, mortgage and construction lending transactions. In the areas of labor and employment, Ms. Drucker provides guidance to employers regarding state and federal agency investigations, employee classification, trade secret and non-competition restrictions, and personnel policies and procedures. She has experience drafting employee handbooks, employment agreements and independent contractor agreements.
