本课程从知识产权主题的基本法律新濠影汇线上赌场研究技能、流程和资源概述开始。 本课程接着介绍版权、专利和商标法方面的具体新濠影汇线上赌场研究策略，通过使用二手资料、立法历史、行政资料等方法，让学生更好地了解先进的法律新濠影汇线上赌场研究技能。 Students will gain an even deeper understanding of the context and framework of legal resources and how they are applied to real-world research from practitioner guest lecturers. 课程结合了教学和实践练习，重点是接触Lexis和Westlaw以外的数据库。 学生将根据每周的新濠影汇线上赌场研究作业和期末新濠影汇线上赌场研究项目进行评估。 前提条件：知识产权。 注意：学生不能在第一堂课后添加此课程。 注意：本课程计入6学分的体验式学习要求。 报名人数：15人。 ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Students who fail to attend the first class or obtain permission to be absent from either the instructor or the Registrar, will be administratively dropped from the class. 在候补名单上的学生必须参加入学资格的第一次班会
