波士顿大学法学院祝贺大卫·韦伯获得终身教职并晋升为法学教授

Recent publications include “没有集体诉讼的股东诉讼,” in the 亚利桑那法律评论 (2015) and “The Use and Abuse of Labor’s Capital,” in the 纽约大学法律评论 (2014).

Professor Webber holds a BA, 优等生, from Columbia University and a JD from New York University 法学院 where he was a 伦纳德·瓦格纳新濠影汇线上赌场研究员 in Law & Business before joining BU Law’s faculty in 2010. He has been an editor for 《纽约大学法律评论》 in the past and has written editorials for the 华盛顿邮报》, 芝加哥论坛报, 路透社报道, and others.
