米克尔Muñoz目前就职于国际可再生能源机构。 他的博士论文是关于促进可再生能源发电的政策。 He holds a MA degree in international relations and environmental policy at Boston University and a MS degree in environmental management and ecological economics at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, as well as a bachelor’s degree in physics.

Dr. Muñoz has participated in more than 40  international environmental negotiation meetings since 2004 (including UNFCCC, IPCC, CSD, GEF, CBD, Basel Convention) as an observer for the 地球谈判公报. Dr. Muñoz has worked for research institutions including the 国际可持续发展新濠影汇线上赌场研究所（IISD）, the 环境科学与技术新濠影汇线上赌场研究所 (ICTA), the Energy 新濠影汇线上赌场研究 Centre of the Netherlands (ECN), the 世界观察新濠影汇线上赌场研究所, the Centre d’Economie et d’Ethique pour l’Environnement et le Développement (C3ED), and the 能源调查中心，中部环境调查中心，Tecnológicas (CIEMAT).

Dr. Muñoz’s research interests include renewable energy and climate change policies and emerging linkages among them; 气候变化的技术和贸易方面； 可持续能源国际合作； 以及全球环境治理的成本。
