DHHS over the Cap Salary Tool

Do you have faculty on DHHS awards over the Cap? Do you need help determining how to account for what is over the cap, how and where to charge it?

PAFO has created a Salary Tool to assist you in deciphering the appropriate charge to Sponsored Research accounts for those individuals who earn more than the DHHS Cap. The tool can be downloaded from this PAGE.

Within this tool are four tabs, so it is important to ensure you are using the proper tab based on the employee status.  You should only fill in the highlighted yellow fields; the rest of the sheet will fill in automatically based on formulas.  If you have any questions regarding this tool, please reach out to your PAFO RA.
