OBJECTIVES:
The 2022 awards cycle will open on April 15, 2021. As this time draws near, please check specific details, including final submission deadlines, for each award regarding eligibility requirements and methods of submission.
To recognize scientists, engineers, authors, journalists, and public servants for significant contributions to science and the public’s understanding of science, the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) sponsors a wide range of awards and prizes.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
Eligibility varies by individual prize. Please note that some prizes allow self-nomination while others do not. Additionally, some have career stage requirements (i.e. early or late career).
INTERNAL SELECTION PROCESS:
