Congratulations to Professor Rodrigo Lopes de Barros!
Professor Lopes de Barros received the award for Best Foreign Short at the 5th Pollygrind Underground Film Festival of Las Vegas for one of his films, “O Corpo”. “O Corpo” had already been an official selection at the 3rd Oaxaca Film Festival.
According to the organization, this year marked a record of international submissions to the festival, which is recognized as a venue for alternative filmmakers. In 2013, Pollygrind was selected as one of the Top 5 Experimental/Underground Film Festivals by the MovieMaker Magazine.
