- 完成 学生入学表格
- Schedule an intake evaluation with 残疾及无障碍服务 by calling 617-353-3658. 提交文件后再做——不要等他们联系你！
- Upload your disability documentation to the 适应门户. In preparation for the intake evaluation meeting be sure to gather all necessary documentation describing your disability/accommodation needs from providers, past institutions, etc., and ask any providers to fill out any necessary paperwork found 在这里.
