In addition to resolving Williams’ future, Lack is charged with boosting the sagging ratings of NBC’s once-dominant morning news broadcast, 今日秀, which has fallen behind 早安美国 since the controversial departure of Ann Curry in 2012. He will also have to address the ratings declines that have plagued 与媒体见面 and MSNBC.
