Pardee Center Director on Recent Political Developments in Pakistan

Prof. Adil Najam was widely quoted in media stories related to the recent assassination of Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and its political outfall on the future of Pakistan and the region.

Following the assassination of former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, the political future of this strategically located country has yet again been placed in grave danger. The Pardee Center director—himself a Pakistani and the founding editor of the widely read blog All Things Pakistan—was widely sought by the media to comment on the future implications of Benazir Bhutto’s assassination.
