Campus phones were not able to call off-campus.Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.Additional Information
The cause of this incident has not yet been determined. Verizon is still reporting nationwide issues (https://downdetector.com/status/verizon/map/), but from our testing, it appears that the BU phones are working correctly again. Telephone service is degraded when calling off-campus.Current Status
IS&T teams are working with Aqueduct and Cisco right now to resolve the problem, which is not limited to BU.Additional Information
At this point calls to off-campus phone numbers do connect, but they can take 2 minutes to do so. Our testers report that there is dead air for 2 minutes, then the phone rings and connects. Next Update: 01:30pmPrevious Update
