There were reports of some ServiceNow (https://bu.service-now.com) clients experiencing degraded service, including an inability to update tickets.

The vendor has resolved the issue.

The cause of this incident was determined to be a node of the service requiring a restart.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Additional Information

This does not appear to be impacting all BU ServiceNow clients, and in some cases can be resolved by either an incognito/private browsing window or removing all browser cookies/cache related to ServiceNow.
